Lookin’ good, mama! Sisanie has found major success on the WW Weight Watchers Reimagined program. Ryan Seacrest’s cohost shares in the latest episode of Off-Air With Sisanie in the video above her go-to weight loss tips that have worked for her which you too can try!
WW is all about enjoying your life and adapting to a lifestyle versus suffering through limitations and a “diet.”
“I wanted to share with you my top three tips of my wight loss journey and what’s helped me,” Sis shares above. “I’m down a little over 10 pounds which is very exciting, but it didn’t happen over night, just like I didn’t put on the weight over night. ... It’s a really slow process, but it’s a healthy way to lose weight.”
Sisanie’s first tip is to always be prepared.
“If you’re going out to eat with friends or family, you want to look ahead at the menu,” Sisanie shares, explaining you don’t want to be tempted to order something more indulgent if you’re at a loss or can’t make up your mind.
When it comes to grocery shopping, Sis adds, “stick to the perimeter” to stock up on the healthier items. Aisles are filled with processed junk!
