Demi Lovato appears to have new music on the way as she teases that she has been busy "cooking" in the studio.

The "Confident" singer has shared multiple videos this week getting fans exciting for new music, days after suddenly wiping her social media and sparking speculation of a brand new era. On Thursday (July 17), she got even more direct by sharing a TikTok from the studio of her lip-syncing along to a snippet of an unreleased track, singing, "I wanna go fast/ I wanna go hard/ I wanna go anywhere, anywhere you are."

She noted in the caption how she has been teasing the new era for a while, writing, "told y'all i've been cooking."

Lovato posted another short clip on Friday of her sitting at a mic in the studio as she lip-synced along to an audio asking, "Why are you talking to me like I'm like new to the music industry?"

"mind if i do my thing?" she captioned the video.

New music is not the only project Lovato has been cooking up — literally. Last month, the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer announced her first-ever cookbook One Plate At A Time, coming out next spring.

"Stepping into the kitchen and learning how to cook has been such an important part of my recovery and healing my relationship with food," Lovato, who has been open in the past about her struggles with an eating disorder, said. "This book is filled with simple, comforting recipes that have allowed me to reconnect with myself and find both freedom and joy in my kitchen — feelings I never thought I could experience."
