Once you've binge-watched your way through Netflix and Hulu and read all the books while stuck at home, picking up a Nintendo Switch is another fun way to pass the time. Whether you're an expert gamer or trying it out for the very first time during social distancing, there are some games out there everybody can enjoy. From racing games to pinball, here are 6 Nintendo Switch games that are fun for all levels to play.

1) Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a 2020 life simulation video game that lets you build your very own island paradise from scratch. You can collect bugs, decorate your island home, enjoy the sunset on the beach while fishing in the ocean and more. If you have friends playing, as well, you can visit each other's islands, too. We may not be able to hang out together IRL right now, but we can still meet up while playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

2) Yoku's Island Express

Yoku's Island Express is a platforming pinball adventure video game. In the game, you play as Yoku—the newest mailman on Mokumana island. Just as Yoku arrives on Mokumana, an ancient Island deity gets trapped in a restless sleep - and it’s all down to Yoku to help through a blend of pinball mechanics, platforming and open world exploration. If pinball is your go to arcade game, you'll love Yoku's Island Express.

3) Pokémon Sword (or Shield)

Jump into the world of Pokémon with either Pokémon Sword or Shield—or both. These open world environment games let you run around collecting and battling Pokémon, as well as accruing gym badges. Sword and Shield have different version exclusives, including which Pokémon and gyms appear in each game. Both games were designed to accommodate all skill levels.

4) Ring Fit Adventure

Ring Fit Adventure is an exercising action role playing game. While playing Ring Fit Adventure, you get to explore a fun fantasy world while trying to defeat a bodybuilding dragon and his minions through real-life exercises like squats and high knees. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is an expanded version of the Wii U racing game, which lets you use the Switch controller in multiple different ways, so, all levels of gamers will be comfortable playing.
