Cardi B & Ariana Grande Are The Same Age & People Are Freaking Out

cardi-b-ariana-age

Don't let the baby face fool ya, Ariana Grande is a grown woman, who just so happens to be the same age as Cardi B. Eeeeooowww! (A Cardi sound effect just felt appropriate)

On Sunday (September 16), a Twitter user by the name of Lauren Milici tweeted the shocking discovery, writing, "the fact that Ariana Grande and Cardi B are the same age is a lot to process." Her totally useful life fact seemed to also shock a lot of other people, as the tweet quickly went viral, causing thousands of other Twitter users to express their utter shock and disbelief.

Check out the reactions below!

For those who may still be a little skeptical. Let's fact check, shall we? Ariana was born on June 26, 1993, and Cardi, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar, was born October 11, 1992, making them both 25-years-old! (Yes, Cardi is only 25 for one more month, but details schmetails)

Now look, we're not ones to harbor on a woman's age, but we can see why some people might be shocked by the information. See, Cardi B is a mom and a wife (no shade, just noting that people tend to think that someone is of a more mature age when they say they have children and are married). And while she's fairly new to the entertainment scene she's quickly made her mark on the industry, becoming somewhat of a pop culture staple already. Plus, she's so darn relatable, it feels like we've known her for forever.

Now, Ariana, while she's been in the game a little longer — having put out her fourth studio album, Sweetener, last month — she's still that teenage girl from Nickelodeon's Victorious for many people. Plus, there's no denying the fact that the girl has a baby face.

As to not offend either fan group, let us direct you to this tweet from @VenusianVixen, who seemed to have said it best:

To wrap this up, and to remain in both fan bases good graces, let me end this here: Cardi and Ariana being the same age is quite an interesting fact. #NoShade #NoTea
