Drake announced some major news about his next album at his eight annual OVO Fest in Toronto on Monday (Aug. 7) night.
Many fans have been waiting for new music from the rapper. Earlier this year, Drizzy's More Life was released and shot up to the top of the charts instantly. Thankfully, a brand new album will be coming in the near future. What's special about this upcoming project? The Toronto artist is doing it especially for the people of his hometown.
“I’m about to go back to making this new album in Toronto just for you,” Drizzy told the OVO Fest audience. “I’ll see you next year, we’ll be bigger, we’ll be better. I go by the name of Drake, this a OVO Sound ting for life.”
