A Brazilian pilot who likes posting selfies on Instagram has got the Internet talking about some of his latest shots, which show him leaning out the cockpit window of a huge jet mid-flight to get pictures of himself.
His latest one shows him above Dubai's Palm Island. To a regular person it looks like he might really be taking the selfie, but those with sharper vision and knowledge of flying know otherwise.
In one aviation forum a user called him out on faking the image explaining, "Ship ascending northbound from nowhere. Direction of shade not matching those of houses. Winglet color (inward) not matching Fly Dubai scheme."
His selfie over New York City seems even more unlikely.
In fact, the pilot has fessed up to Photoshopping in the past, recently captioning a shot over some island getaway, "I have to let you know that photo is fake guys, just in case."
He still likes posting the selfies though, and his followers like them too. The pics get tens of thousands of likes.
