Instagram photo opp alert! Mermaid churros exist now thanks to The Loop: Handcrafted Churros in Westminster, California.
The perfectly sparkly creation features a churro covered in blue glitter and dipped in a cup of ice cream. An adorable little mermaid fin completes the creation, tucked into the creamy-looking treat.
According to Cosmopolitan, the Instagram-worthy creation is due to Jed Cartojano.
"We were initially going to create a unicorn-themed churro, but I hated how late we were with catching the trend,” Cartojano shared. “The Loop has always been about creating trends or being in the forefront of what trends are to come. To me, mermaids are the new unicorns. Instead of focusing on unicorn rainbow colors, we went with sparkle."
