Fifth Harmony Reveal Title + Release Date Of Upcoming Album On 'Fallon'

Fifth Harmony jumpstarted their promotional circuit for "Down" on Monday night (July 24) when the pop quartet took to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for a newly-arranged rendition of the lead single from their forthcoming LP.

Prior to the performance, Fallon introduced the foursome with some big news, revealing that their upcoming LP will be self-titled and drop August 25. At this point in the band's career, a self-titled move makes all the more sense, especially considering that the ladies told Billboard that they feel like they're in a much better place without Camila Cabello

The release date also follows the rumors that the band is set to blaze the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards with a performance. Fifth Harmony is set to feature collaborations with Monsters & Strangerz, Harmony Samuels, Sebastian Kole, Dreamlab, Poo Bear and Skrillex. It's as if all the stars are lining up, right? 5H echoed the news in an Instagram post, which was shared shortly after the performance.
