Kim Kardashian took to social media to reflect on her Paris robbery following the highly anticipated tell-all episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians Sunday night.
"I took a tragic horrific experience and did not let it diminish me, rather grew and evolved and allowed the experience to teach me,” the star wrote on her Twitter account after the episode aired. "I can say I’ve become so much better because of it….thank you for allowing me to share my story tonight #KUWTK."

On the latest episode of KUWTK, Kim recalled the event to her sisters Khloe and Kourtney: "I was looking at the gun, looking down back at the stairs," she recalled. "I have a split second in my mind to make this quick decision. Am I going to run down the stairs and either be shot in the back—it makes me so upset to think about it—but either they're going to shoot me in the back or if I make it and they don't, if the elevator doesn't open in time or the stairs are locked, then I'm f--ked! There's no way out."
Kim, who was in town for fashion week, also said she thought was she was going to get sexually assaulted when a man disguised as a police officer put duct tape over her mouth and grabbed her by the legs. "He pulled me toward him at the front of the bed and I thought, 'OK, this is the moment they're going to rape me,'" she said. "I fully mentally prepped myself -- and then he didn't."
In October, news broke that Kim was tied up inside a bathroom while thieves dressed as police officers stole jewelry worth more than $10 million. TMZ reported in January that French police have since nabbed 17 people in connection to the robbery and hauled them into multiple police stations.
